What if a purchase isn't made or completed?
  • No problem. We automatically credit your account $0.10 for every lead, and $0.02 for every unique click that is generated from your banner or text link.
I don't know ANY programming at all; is this O.K.?
  • We assume that if you have a website, you or whoever uploaded your website would know how to paste a link or banner into your site. If not, we are always here to help, and if you can access your website, we can walk you through the simple process.
  • If you DON'T have a website, you can still sign up and simply use the provided text link to post wherever you feel it is appropriate, such as a newsgroup or forum that wouldn't consider your link to us as spam or to send to your friends and family.
How do I get paid?
  • You will get a check written directly to you whenever your account reaches $20.00 or more. For example: $1000.00 in sales = $150.00 check to you!

PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

    By joining the SpiritualScents Affiliates Program, you agree to the below Terms & Conditions.  Any violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension of your Affiliate Account, and forfeiture of all Affiliate Commissions received during the entire term of the Agreement. 

    The following Terms & Conditions are the only completely up-to-date Terms & Conditions that exist, and they supersede any other Terms & Conditions listed or posted anywhere else on this site or in e-mail:

    1. You will not use your link to Spam newsgroups or e-mail lists.  Placing links on newsgroups you frequent, or e-mailing links to friends or other people you know is perfectly acceptable.

    2. Any automatic pop-up banners that don't require clicking by potential customers will not count towards any commissions, and accounts that generate traffic either intentionally or unintentionally through this or any related means may, at SpiritualScents' discretion, result in immediate suspension of the Affiliate Account.

    3. You may not mimic the look or feel of the IAmShaman website (decided at our discretion), and you may not take copyrighted material such as images product descriptions from our site to use on your own, unless it is through our express permission.  Using the IFRAME tag or any other known or unknown masking techniques is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate termination of your account and the forfeiture of commissions.

    4. You will not alter any of our copyrighted text or graphics without our permission, nor the text and graphics of any of our affiliate websites, and doing so may result in immediate termination of your account and the forfeiture of commissions.

    5. Placing links on ANY site that makes ANY reference to illegal drugs will be immediately terminated, and all commissions will be immediately forfeited.  We do not support illegal activity of ANY kind, and do not want our website linked with any websites that offer information about anything illegal, regardless of what that illegal thing is. 

    6. Anyone who reports a website using our links and banners in violation of our Terms & Conditions will automatically be moved up to our Partner level, which receives 25% Commissions instead of our standard 20% Commission.

    7. If any affiliate account generates more click commissions than sales commissions, that affiliate will be moved to the "Clicks Disabled" account at our discretion. This allows our affiliates to place their links on systems that automate banner impressions and clicks, without losing any sales commissions. Any intentional or unintentional abuse of the $0.02 per click perk we offer will simply move you to an account that disables commissions for link and banner clicks, but retains the full 20% commission rate for each and every sale you make.

    8. Sales are not credited to your account at point of sale; they credit to your account when payment has been received and the package is shipped to the customer.  We get many orders for cash where the payment either takes weeks to appear, or never appears at all, so these sales will not count as an actual sale.

    9. Affiliates are not eligible for the PREFERRED CUSTOMER CODE because they can use their affiliate account to get a larger discount than the top level Preferred Customer Code.  Combining of these codes will result in immediate termination of your Affiliate Account.

    10. You may use your own Affiliate Account to make purchases, but it cannot be within the first 3 purchases on your Affiliate Account, and it cannot happen within the first month after your application is approved.  If after 3 months, there are more purchases by you on your account than there are by customers, your account will be terminated.

    ANY VIOLATIONS OF THE ABOVE TERMS & CONDITIONS MAY RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF ANY COMMISIONS EARNED DURING ANY PERIOD THAT WE DEEM AS BEING IN VIOLATION.  VALID COMMISSIONS EARNED PAY OUT AUTOMATICALLY AT THE FIRST OF EVERY NEW MONTH.  MINIMUM PAYOUT IS $50.00, AND COMMISSIONS WILL ACCUMULATE AUTOMATICALLY EACH MONTH UNTIL THE $50.00 THRESHOLD IS REACHED.
